The copyright of all artwork sold on this site remains with the artists. No copies are to be made in any media currently known for commercial or personal use.
No artwork must be copied in such a way that it appears to be the work of someone other than the originating artist, signed on the work.
Any artwork bought from this site can be sold on but the original buyer must ensure the new buyer is aware of these terms and conditions. If any subsequent purchasing or gifted owner attempts to copy or make commercial gain without the artist’s permission, the original buyer will be held legally responsible for damages or claims by the artist, in any country.
All artwork shown on this site will be fiercely protected by legal processes, covering Interlectual Property Rights in any relevant country.
No refunds will be made if the buyer damages the product or dislikes it when received and signed for on the carriers delivery note. All work is sold as seen on the site. The seller makes every attempt to be accurate in the descriptions and further enquiries can be made by contacting the seller before purchasing if unsure. We strongly recommend the buyer asks first before buying.
We will however make artwork available for inspection before purchase by special arrangement, just ring us to discuss.
The buyer can request extra insurance to cover the delivery by the carrier, but must advise TotallyAbstract.com before despatch, via email or telephone after purchasing online or by leaving instructions on the despatch page.
